Dear Customer,
Please be aware that Avangate and Media Crawler are two different companies. Avangate provides payment services to over 30.000 websites, one of them being Media Crawler. From the complaint you posted it looks like you signed up for the trial version of Media Crawler's service and did not disable the automatic billing during the 7 days of the trial, hence the 69.95$ charge. If you would be kind enough to provide us with more information regarding the order we could submit a refund request to Media Crawler.

J'ai ete debite de 62, 93€ alors que j'avais bien precise que que je ne le voulais pas. D'autant que je n'ai jamais recu aucun code d'acces.
Facture Numero : 150312
Si je n'arrive pas a avoir de remboursement, je porterais plainte et ferais une action en justice par l'intermediaire d'une association de consommateurs.

Je suis affolée, je m'aperçois que j'ai été débitée de 62, 30euros sans aucune volonté de ma part. Je souhaite d'une part un remboursement et d'autre part, souhaite stopper toute colaboration ou engagement avec cette sociéte. d'autre part votre adresse de consommateur ne fonctionne pas . je commence à trouver cela plus que douteux. veuillez me rembourser au plus vite, sinon je crains devoir faire appel à la justice.

neovlašteno otuđivanje 53,54 EUR
Poštovani, dana 14.03.2011. godine tražio sam detaljnu navigacijsku kartu Republike Hrvatske za moj mobilni navigacijski sustav TARGA PNA-E3530. Tako sam došao na spornu stranicu media-crawler i oni su me tražili da platim 1,52 EUR za jednokratno pregledavanje a također sam odmah da ne želim pregledavanje za više puta. Nažalost oni traženu navigacisku kartu nemaju i time sam završio pregledavanje i zatvorio stranicu na internetu Ništa nisam kupio, ništa skinuo na računalo i to sam platio 1,52 EUR-a. Dana 21.03.2011. godine neugodno sam iznenađen time da me tvrka Avangate*media-crawler tereti za 1,52 EUR+53,54 EUR-a. Ništa nisam kupio, ne trebam kupiti niti sam nakon 14.03.2011. otvarao spornu stranicu. Nisam dao pristanak da mi se s računa MC 543778 skine još 53,54 EUR-a. Smatram to neovlašteno otuđivanje mog novca sa mog računa bez mog pristanka, za neizvršenu uslugu i nepostojeću robu. Problem sam prijavio mojoj banci Zagrebačka banka d.d. Virovitica, Croatia i trežim povrat otuđenih sredstava u iznosu od 53, 54 EUR-a.

unauthorized charge
I wanted to use the site and signed up for a trial offer for $1.99.
I just noticed my bank statement and I was charged the $1.99 and then I
was charged $69.99. I would like a refund for the $69.99 immediately. Due to this
charge I've had insufficient funds charged to my account.

This 2nd charge has been taken according to TOS you have read and
accepted to proceed with signup. TOS state that each trial is to be
extended to the Full Version with a relevant charge taken, unless
trial is cancelled within 7 days period. Thus if you didn't like the
service, you were to cancel it in due time. The trial cancellation
option and amount of the charge coming are also given in TOS. Please
be reminded that this is a onetime payment and no further charges
should occur since.

I went online to http://www.media-crawler.com to purchase the Answer Key for Blueprint Reading for Machine Trade for 29.95. I recieved and email saying that my payment has been complete! So i went back to Media-Crawler to download it. I had to sign in and i did so when I went to type in what i want to download and click ok and then it said i have to pay a 1.99 for a 7 day trial and i did!!!!! So i recieved an email saying that my payment went through! So i went back and still nothing, no book to download (NOTHING)!!! Can i please have my money back!!! Now i see for myself that media-crawler is a scam!!!!!! Can you please cancelle my 7day trial Please and my refund!!!!!
