I downloaded a trial version of media crawler and did a once off payment of R15.61 transaction, A week ago I was charged R-565.95 I ddnt agree to the terms or given notice that if i dont cancel i must pay a necessary fee , I need my payment to be canceled and refund please assist ..I see this as fraud

This 2nd charge has been taken according to TOS you have read and
accepted to proceed with signup. TOS state that each trial is to be
extended to the Full Version with a relevant charge taken, unless
trial is cancelled within 7 days period. Thus if you didn't like the
service, you were to cancel it in due time. The trial cancellation
