Refund money that was not authorized

I just called the 1-855-331-9531 number was on hold and talked to two different people to get the charge taken off my checking account. The first man gave me a confirmation number but when talking to the woman she never came back just kept putting me back on hold. I am going to call my card company next and have them take the amount off and then may have to request a new card from the company I have been doing business for years. I am not impresses with this company and stating they are in TN with foreign accents. Please warn all this is a false company who is a SCAM!

Takes money without being authorized

I just called my card company when my balance didn't seem right and $29 had been taken out of my account from GLD*SVCGS but I have no clue what this company is. I have never used that card online before. I'm so confused and I can't seem to get any info on this company or what they do. It's al a scam.

SCAM

I was scam from this company also, claiming to be a free credit score company. So far took $1.00 from bank account. I will have my bank look into it.

Credit charges

Had $3 charged on my card this morning plus one from a vet pharmacy in Tulsa. What is going on all of a sudden. This doesn't make sense. I never use this card online. Now I have to cancel my card and wait up to 10 days without it. Really makes me angry!

RUN

The company is a scam. They charge your account after you obtain your "free" credit score. I have had to call and cancel 3 times. They keep charging me and refuse to refund. They then put you over to their escalation department to "help" with the issue and all they do is hang up on you or leave you hanging on the line FOREVER. If they charge me again, I'm calling Morgan and Morgan...for the people - do it - I dare ya, I'm ready for a good fight. 
RUN is all I can say.
