DO NOT BUY FROM LIVINGDEAL!
Livingdeal has the worst customer service and refund policy ever. If the merchant will not honour the coupon, Livingdeal blames it on the customer. They do not stand behind their coupons, they will not give you a refund even if the merchant will not respond to you or honor your coupons despite phone calls and emails. My experience with both their polices and the Livingdeal coupon for Rent-A-Maid has been terrible.
BUYER BEWARE!

I also am having trouble getting coupons honoured. I bought for chocolate.com and the shipping charges are outrageous (like $97). Why offer the coupon in Canada?

LivingDeal
LivingDeal sold me five vouchers for service by MDL Cleaning who could not be reached by phone, and didn't respond to mail (over many months). More complaints about this can be found online , e.g: Pissed Consumer.
Regardless, LivingDeal have stuck to my money, offering only a credit, and I have no trust ever to purchase from them again. They have gained almost $200, and I have received nothing.
Beware that their 30 Day guarantee means just that even when the service you purchased is valid for a year - and denied to you.
I wonder if even if the 30 Day guarantee will be honoured.

Never deal with Livingdeal.com Again!
The worst customer service Ever! Livingdeal.com told the restaurant not to redeem vouchers in wrong way but they did not want to admit that's their fault! The manager call "Alison" kept saying it's my fault to change own tracking status to "used". That is an optional tracking indicator in my account setting. I can check it or uncheck it anytime. Livingdeal.com has no right to tell the restaurant to refuse honoring vouchers because of this. I was ended up to pay the full bill as food was in preparing...Never deal with Livingdeal again!

I am not happy
I ordered ORGANIC Herbal Cleansing Detox Foot Pads, but I got 100% NATURAL Ingredient Pads.
Organic product have stricter standard and refers to how ingredients are farmed.
And there is no guidelines to specify a product as natural.
No one unswered my e-mail, corrected my order or returned my noney.
DO NOT ORDER FROM LIVING DEAL!!!!!
