Modern Bobbleheads Chinese Scam
It seems that there is a Internet scam ongoing involving one seller with Multiple domain names. They use modernbobbleheads.com , mycustombobbleheads.com , myfacegifts.com , getyourbobbleheads.com and several more. There are 100s of negative reviews on the internet of people that got scammed, however they do delete them from time to time, especially on their facebook pages. A lot of fake reviews are added to cover up the truth. I made a claim in paypal but PayPal said they already changed the operator of the website and I can't get a refund. Well this seems like an organized scam on large scale originating out of China. The websites usually do not have a valid US address, US phone number or anyone you can speak too in person. I lost $174 for my Christmas gifts with these Chinese scammers so I decided to review them to protect others. Please be aware that if an online shop has no working phone number than most properly they are fake.

My name is Jann. They will NOT respond to any emails, messages etc. They send us tracking for a parcel that was delivered 1000 miles from us and there is no product on the way even 8 weeks after ordering. We ordered this weeks before Christmas but there is no update and their tracking tools are fake. I am so mad at myself that I did not researched this before I ordered. All the money down the drain. This is a fake website.

Modern bobbleheads
Took a very long time to arrive. Customer service was terrible. Item arrived looking dirty, and slightly damaged. The box it arrived in was also very damaged, and poorly packed. Very expensive, and definitely disappointed. Wish I'd found reviews before purchasing.

Modern bobbleheads - Horrible
This place is awful. Fist they make everyone look Asian when they make the bobble head. They take weeks to get it done. When the bobble head finally arrived it only had ONE ARM. There was not even another arm in the package. Logo on the sign I requested was cracked. Doesn't get much worse than this. David M (email incase you want to spam this A-hole - [email protected] ) made me send pictures with "bubble wrap and packaging. He then Ignored my request for a refund and all other emails.

I ordered a custom bobblehead well before Christmas day, as a gift. Paid for express shipping so I would receive it 10 days before Christmas. It arrived 2 days before Christmas and it wasn't custom at all. I received one of their generic bobbleheads. I immediately email them and received a fast response from David asking for pictures and telling me that he would look into it and contact me as soon as possible. I emailed him a few more times after that, asking for updates and haven't heard back. It has been over year and still haven't heard back, I guess it takes real long to look into it. I usually don't leave bad reviews, but please don't buy from them. They suck.

Terrible
Ordered the bobblehead June 22, 2021. Within three days I had a proof and responded with corrections. The next day, I had a reply with the corrections I had requested. Not a word from them since June 29. Either they are a fake company or incredibly bad.
Don't use this company.

Terrible
I ordered my Bobblehead June 22, 2021. Within three days I had my initial proofs. I requested some minor changes and within one day, I had the new proof. Very good.
Never heard from them again. Now it is August 09, 2021. This company is either a scam or really bad. Don't use them.
