Hi friends. I have been going through several reports and reviews about several technical support companies. Some of them I found to be true, some false (which were done by the competitors). But some of them were because of misunderstandings due to similar names. One such example is of PCCare247. PCCare247 which is known to be among the Top Ten Online Technical Support service providers in the world, got a review on one site stating that the company is fraud. Firstly I thought the company was really a fraudster but then when I read the report further, I got to understand that the customer was talking about a company whose name was 24sevenPCCare (http://www.24sevenpccare.com) with a head office in Kolkata, West Bengal. As the name was similar to PCCare247, the customer got confused and mistakenly contacted 24sevenPCCare and got scammed. He thought that both the companies were same. But let me make it clear. PCCare247 and 24sevenPccare are two different companies.
