Did not start work when planned

I have had a bad experience with these guys. I was dealing with Romanoff Floor Covering, and when I paid for their services they have stated the date when they would come and put the floors in my house, but when the time has come to do it, they called me up, and said they would come another week later. I have already agreed on doing other stuff in a week. They have ruined my plans.
