Bad services

I came here with my 15 years old son. After waiting three hours for our horse we finally got our turn to ride. After 10 minutes into the trail, the horse jerked and threw my son off. He fell down and scraped his knee and elbow. The tour guide said this was a very rare incident so we continued. Then another ten minutes into the trail, my horse threw me off and I banged my head on a rock and I bled all over my face. We canceled the ride immediately and came right back to the ranch. I wanted a refund but the girl that worked there called her ###. Aunt ### will not refund me because of her stupid no refund policy. We will never come back to this place again. Their horses are not trained and very unsafe to ride on. They ripped us off and stole our money.
