Do not trust!
I have purchased some items off of them, and when I received them, they were the wrong ones. I called the store that same day, and they said a replacement is possible. I called them the next day once more to find out if they would pay for the shipment, since it’s their fault. They do not pick up the phone anymore. Nor does their email work. Though the price wasn’t so high, I would like to return my money, because it seems that they are just crooks.

bunch of liars
I purchased a real turtle from this company and I paid all extras for safe shipping etc. They promised me three weeks delivery but I never received my new pet. Tried to contact them many times but I was simply ignored. This company is just a bunch of liars, beware and better don't buy from them!

unauthorized charges
Turtle Shack charged my account without any reason and notice. Tried to contact them many times but it seems that all their details are fake. Be careful!

Lied to and ripped off
This is right off my TurtleShack account:

07/15/2013 Orders Being Printed

07/22/2013 Order Cleared For Shipping Cancellation Requested 7/22/2013
07/23/2013 Order Shipped
Placed order, Next day air said preferred, chose ground. Looked up status they said wouldn't ship unless next day air. Found they wanted twice the cost of the turtle, cancelled order. Was told before hung up on there will be a 20% restocking fee. Cancelled order despite fee via e-mail, they shipped the next day.
Or did they?
08/07/2013 Never received turtles never received refund never received further contact.
Putting in complaint to Better Business and any other way to let people know not to be a victim.
