I got both defective and false

I bought a framed picture. It was over $400 and I knew I was paying mostly for the frame which was a very well regarded framer. When the picture came the frame was completely different- very cheap. I seconded quessed myself as I didn't have a picture from the web. I noticed a small dent on the top of the frame but what's really shocking was taped to the glass was the return slip from the prior buyer!! Unbelievable. The person's name and email was on a letter. The reason for return was a defect. So I called customer service, got the picture from the web and took a picture of my product and sent it to them. Yes it was totally different. The good news, I guess, is that I packed it up and they are sending FedEx to pick up and I will get my money back. But what a massive waste of time. Very deceptive! Customer care guy was helpful tho.

Very disappointed that one kings lane was fell so short. Horrific picture - see below.
