Beware they do not provide access to your customer data

We have used 1Shoppingcart for a year and they have been horrible to work with. First off they call their plans monthly plans which would imply that you get billed once a month. Actually they are billing every 28 days so you get billed 13 times per year. They mention that they do this, but only on their lengthy terms and conditions page at the very bottom in the fine print. So they put this in the fine print of the print. Seems very dishonest and misleading. Recently we decided to move on from their service. We asked them to provide the recurring orders information to another PCI compliant provider that we were switching to. After speaking to 4 different reps who all told me different things about why they cannot do it. The last rep finally admitted that they could provide the information that I was seeking but their company policy is to not provide that information. This is despite the fact the the terms and conditions on their site says that your customer data belongs to you. He said we will have to manually transfer all the 1500 + orders. No thanks!
