not OK!
I was promised that everything would be OK and that they would lower my mortgage. I thought that I’m just lucky. But then they increased the payment (!!!) adding some unknown fees to it!
I was shocked and I’m going to sue them if it’s the last thing I do!

Paid $2,500 for home Modification
I went for a home modification and I was scammed out of $2,550.00 from this company and I felt as if this was a predatory lending company and eventually I had to short sale my home with the help of a Bethel Modification. I would like for 1st American Mitigators to pay my money back. I paid this money to this company $1,275.00 April 8, 2011 and March 8, 2011. This whole process with Chase and 1st American Mitigators has been ethically the worst.

SCAM
Stay away from this company!!! They are thieves and liars; stole thousands of dollars from me for a loan modification; almost got me into foreclosure. I simply can't understand, how they are still in business.
