Says we have 3 accounts

Saw charges of $39.90 on my debit card, the customer service rep stated that my husband and I have 3 accounts with them and that his computer was running too slow and couldn't give me any information on the account. Then told me he had to give my husband a chance to update payment info. Repeatedly told him that we never signed up for this and wanted it cancelled and my money returned. Refuses to refund my money taken from a card in my name because "for all he knows, I could be trying to cancel a random person's account". Refused to put a supervisor on the phone
