They didn't deliver what they promised
This company first got me on board by promising me they would do reputation management and that they would create social media profiles for my company to help get traffic to my site. Eventually, their account manager turns around and says to me oh this isn't what you need. What you need is to generate lots of traffic. We can do that for you. So I agreed to try them assuming that they are a yellow pages company they would be able to generate enough traffic to get me going.
After a month and a half, they've generated a total of 47 clicks to my website. A far cry from what I would expect for the $1500 they've now charged to my credit card. No leads. Little traffic. I've asked for my money back. They don't want to give it back. I try to email a manager they don't return my emails. The behavior of this company is extremely suspicious. They haven't delivered on anything that they've promised.
Stay away from 411.ca. They are a horrible company and nothing but a total scam. I've reported them to the Competition Bureau. If you have gotten scammed by them I suggest you do the same.

IGNORANT COMPANY - SCAMMERS
GOT CALLED IN SUMMER OF 2015
SPOKE WITH BENNY, ABOUT JOINING, SO I DID AS I WAS STARTIING A NEW MAKEUP BUSINESS. SPOKE TO HIM AGAIIN IN AUGUST 2015 ASKING TO CANCEL, NOW TODAY 3.5 YEARS LATER THEY ARE SAYING I JOINED AGAIN AT A DISCOUNTED RATE, - IVE BEEN BEING CHARGED 169.50 SINCE AUGUST 2015.
MY MOTHER JOINED IT FOR ME AS A GIFT AND WE HAD SOME CURRENT ISSUES IWTH HER BANK SO THIS CHEQUE BOUNCED. OMG THANK GOD OR WE WOULD NEVER HAVE NOTICED THIS. I NOTICED IT BECAUSE MY MOM IS 90 AND NOT WELL AND HAVE TAKEN OVER HER BANKING...
SPOKE WITH A/R GUY BY THE NAME OF CHRIS, SO FREAKING RUDE, I SAID IM NOT REPLACING THAT CHEQUE DUE TO THE FACT THEY HAVE COLLECTED THOUSANDS FOR NOTHING, HES NOW GOING TO SEND ME TO COLLECTIONS,,,

And it continues with 411
After reading all the above concerns and complaints I can join in and say that I was sent to collections after cancelling and not hearing anything from 411 in regards to our cancelled account. We have been trying to cancel for two years and now we have been contacted by the collections agency and are being told:
Dear Shelly,
I have reviewed all the information on the account and even gone through the call recordings. From what I found, at no time was there a cancellation request that had been placed for the services.
Since no cancellation was placed, the services continued on a month to month basis as intended.
The reason why Canlegal is currently attempting to collect for you is because the payment information that we have has expired and your account has now been cancelled due to nonpayment.
I hope this helps clarify the information.
This clarifies nothing for me as we have cancelled and re-cancelled and now I am thinking that we have to get a lawyer involved in order to get this rectified as this company is one big scam, and when you have repeatedly cancelled they say that there is no record of you cancelling which is BS. Please do not accept calls from this company and if you do, say no thanks and hang up otherwise you to will fall victim to their tactics.

Second Invadion of Privacy
I am a female with stalker experience and now take pride in being invisible online. Suddenly out of nowhere live links appear in every website imaginable, Google, Microsoft Bling, Yahoo, Ask.com, ALL of them, displaying my full name, private phone number, and address with these links to 411.ca where it all appeared again complete with a map and directions to my house! This was summer 2020. Took multiple phone calls and emails to get rid of it in a week, then I had to request each site remove the link. Got my land line changed to a cell in Oct 2020. In Dec, the same thing happened again. For me this is like a bad dream. I have been trying for almost three months to get rid of it. Told them I would file a grievance to the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, which I did, they gave me a file number and asked for screen shots. Told them that. Next step is the Better Business Bureau, then Government of Canada : http://www.competitionbureau.gc.ca/eic/site/cb-bc.nsf/frm-eng/GHÉT-7TDNA5, then a lawyer. I was told it was delayed because of the holidays, because of COVID, because of website problems, because millions of other people like me had their info leaked in error, and that my phone company did this (they assured me they didn’t). One guy is supposedly working on this. How many months/years is my info going to sit there online without my consent? Unbelievable. This company needs to be shut down. I was not abusive b/c I was in customer service for years but this is going too far. I doubt contacting this manager on here will help since the rep supposedly gave him the info but I will try anything. I told the rep please don’t thank me for my understanding, I am only interested in this being gone and a timeframe. He thanks me for my understanding AGAIN reading from that so not working script. The time and stress that I have put into this is unacceptable.
