411.ca Scammer's - Charging me after cancelling their Services

After signing up with them and using their service for few days i was not at all impressed. Neither our business was promoted to #1 position in 411 nor did we received any leads or inquiries (Completely opposite to what i was promised).

I knew this was a waste of money so sent an email to Rajiv Parmar (Sales Guy) and Emaad Syed (Sr. Advt Consultant) to cancel our services. My email was read but i did not received any response. I was charged again for 2nd month so i sent them email again to ask them why am i being charged and cancel my services. Again i did not receive any response from them. Then they charged me again for 3rd month. So i sent them email threatening them to expose their scam and unprofessional services. That's when i got a response from Emaad saying that i cannot cancel our services via email and i have to call them. So i did called them and spoke to Velencia to cancel our services. So that's when i finally got a confirmation email from them about cancellation of services. As per their Terms and conditions they need 30 days of notice to cancel services.

After reading other people's post and complaints about similar experience i am now confident that this is a scam and something they do on purpose so they can keep charging their clients for very long time. I would advise everyone to never sign up with them and make everyone else aware to stay away from them as well.
