This company, 4crests.com, is absolutely terrible. I wish I had read some reviews before doing business with them. As stated in many other reviews, this company has terrible customer service, its almost as if they want customers to be unsatisfied with their service. I place an order over 1 month ago and have yet to receive that order. I have made several attempts to contact them requesting an update, and have not received a single response. Their online store clearly states the customer should receive the item in 1-2 weeks for the particular order being placed. Ive waited patiently for my order, which was a birthday gift, to arrive thinking it would be here with plenty of time to spare, boy was I wrong, and there isn't even an option on their web page to pull up your order. I took matters up with paypal before the 45 days grace period was up, and even after opening the case, they still ignore the customer, so I escalated this and should have a resolution soon. I usually don't have any issues ordering online through various other companies, but this one has got to be the worst I've had the misfortune of doing business with. It's a good thing we have the ability to write reviews on the internet for others to read, so companies like this are exposed for what they are. Needles to say, I wont be dealing with them anymore. I only wish I could have placed them at 0 stars for their "service", or lack of.
