Family Guy/American Dad

When 7 mate advertises "Next up brand new Family Guy"! and then show ancient episodes, and then advertise "Next on 7 mate, brand new episodes of American Dad!", and then show episodes from years ago, are they lying to us? Are they so lazy, so sloppy in their execution of program that they are just lying to our faces and not giving a damn??
Over the past several years the commercial networks have gotten more careless and negligent that I can't believe they actually give a shit about it's viewers.
I think I'll bite the bullet, pay up, and run away to Foxtel again. And that is sad.
