complaint regarding my new contract

i baught my son the huawei s7 slim tablet for christmas.he then put in a pattern lock.he forgot the pattern and locked the tablet itself.we have spent the last three weeks on the internet trying to fix it.i wrote a email to huawei in chinathey sent me a email back saying that the network provider must unblock the tablet.we then phoned 8ta and they tell me there is nothing they can do because the sim is not blocked.we then phoned telkom and they said they wanto send it away.i ask you how can i pay for something that cant be used.

8.ta Saver 7 voice

It is now 10 days that I took out a "Saver 7 voice" contract with 8.ta
It is also the 7th day since I recieved a case no (564818) and at time of writing i am still not able to make any calls or send any sms's
The Saver 7 (Voice) contract that was taken out on Saturday 21-01-2012 has the following problem/s
I can not make any calls
I can not send any sms’s

I can:
Receive calls
Receive sms’s
Use the BBM service (send and receive)
Use the Whatsapp service (send and receive)

Upon querying I was told that I have no funds on my account?????

If I dial *188# I get the following message:
“The balance of your recharge account is R0.00, the balance of your saver account is R0.00”
Immediately thereafter I get an sms which says:
“You have used 0MB of data and have 500MB available. 500MB will expire on 31/01/2012”

This was reported to 081180 for which I got ref 564818

service interuptions

Since 14February 2012 we are experiencing problems with our 8ta connections. We complained several times. On Monday 20 February 2012 was the first time Abigail Anthony gave me a reference number (694541). Yesterday evening it looked if the problem was fixed round about 22:00 and this morning when we wanted to make use of this service again there was problems again. If you phone 8ta they say that there is service interruptions. How long does a service interruption actually take, after that I spoke to Abdul Rashdim, he told me that the turn around time for 72 hours for a problem is now extended to 7 days.(Unexeptable) We cant use anything which is making use of the internet service since 14February. My children cant communicate with me because they are using what app and mix it, in other words it is costing the their pocket money which is unacceptable. We are now waiting for more than 7working days for this problem to be fixed. How long does it take them to fix a problem.
