their sales forms are a fraud!

Avoid this unfair scam!!! We took a test drive of one car which sounded very loud. The salesperson Amy said if I'll buy it it'll go like a new one. She then took a deposit of $1000 from us, and made me sign a sales form, which stated that the deposit is non-refundable. I didn't see the line at that point, I only found out about it next day when I decided to cancel the purchase due to the enormous fees that I would have to pay monthly. The manager threatened me with physical actions if I would ask about deposit again, so I called the police and filed a report!
