Paradise Living took my money trading on website Hotprod.tv. I ordered in January 2012 and they said the product was out of stock and would be delivered end of Feb with free gift and priority delivery. They have since ignored my e-mails and Hotprod.tv website was suspended a few days ago. Contact your bank or moneybookers if you paid through them. Whole thing seems like a fraud.

Just to clarify - I bought a Magic Bullet juicer, but I hear there are similar stories with their H2O steam mop, etc.

I ordered a H20X5 mop through HOTPROD.TV BEST DIRECT in January and was told there was a delay for 3 to 4 weeks as there were more orders than expected and with the Chineese New Year their deliveries were runing late. I was offered an extra gift and fast track delivery if I wanted to be added to their waitlist. They took my money don't answer my e-mails and there phone number keeps telling me to ring back later as they are very busy. Needless to say I have been ringing this number several times a day now for about 2 weeks and keep getting the same message.

Both my sister and I are having the same experience, with both HOTPOR.TV and Paradise Living, with regards a Mop and the Ad Circle Twister I have just sent an email to Watch Dog to see if we can get them on our case.
lf anyone knows of anyone else who has suffered at the hands of these awful companies please get them to contact watch dog the more complaints about one company the better.

Ordered an H20 Mop in January 2012 and given the same message about the Chinese New Year causing delays, was offered a free gift and priority delivery as well. Since then my emails have not been answered and busy message on phone number. Have just discovered that their website has now been suspended. What a FRAUD!!! Is there any way to get my money back?

I did eventually receive the X5 after a 3-week wait in January this year,
unfortunately this piece of complete rubbish, leaked, dripped and went bang by the second use! Total overall usage time was just 20 minutes - unbelievable. There is no guarantee enclosed with the product and I have tried emailing and phoning hotproduts, who have not responded and have continally ignored my letters and phone messages. Such a waste of a hard earned £70 & such a rip off!

I ordered the Ab Rocket twister (£54.49) from Hotprod at the end of January 12, i recieved a email mid february saying they were at of stock and due in at the end of the month and if i still wanted the item or cancel the order so i emailed them back saying cancel my order and refund my money, up til now i have received nothing back from them and i have sent severals emails and tried to contact them with no joy.

I also placed an order for the magic bullet through this company. Same scenario, I was told they were out of stock and that I would receive it at the end of March with a free gift and priority postage. Have since been e-mailing but have had no reply. Has anyone had any luck so far or give any advice.

Same as all the rest, ordered the H20 mop in January 2012, was told that they were out of stock and would be sent one by early March, Guess what? still no bloody Mop, They also said that they would take no money out of our account until they had sent the order, Guess what? they did, We are now £79 pounds down and mopless, also found it very hard to try and contact them! very, very unprofessional, I would like to get My hands on these people.

i have ordered a H20x5 cleaner from hotprodtv-bestdirect......been how long im gony wait for it...but judging by the amount of complaints, and the fact that they have stopped trading, i guess i wont b getting it!!! £70 out of pocket, and i thought i was getting a bargain,cos thyr advertised on other web sites for £100, ba*****rds!!!

Apparently if u call 0803830232...(moneybookers)< they help you get a refund. i havent tried it yet, cos iv jst found theses complaint sites after i tried 2 get on hotprodtv's web page,i was trying to find out where my H20 mop was....guess its the same place as everybody elses, !!!

i ordered the h20 mop at end of december . Was told of delay then mop arrived . My husband said it was not safe to use as it had a 2 pin plug with an adapter but no fuse . I tried to use it. It never reached temperature then water just poured through the motor. I tried unsuccessfully to make contact and now they have stopped trading . How can i get my money back

Same here... I ordered the steam mop and as everyone else, Chinese new year... Blah, blah, blah. On a good note, I paid on my credit card. I've just contacted my card company and they are going to raise a dispute claim via money bookers and credit my account with the £79. I am so relieved! So there is hope for those who've bought anything from these scammers on a credit card.

I ordered a Magic Bullet in January and then received an email from the company that this item was out of stock because of the Chinese New Year. I was informed that there would be some more stock from China to the UK warehouse end of February and item despatched first week in March. I have not received this item. I have emailed this company and tryed to telephone but no reply. Could anyone please advise what to do next.

Ordered a h20x5 steam mop and the money was taken out of my bank account on 17/04/12, received one email stating that due to high demand my mop would arrive on 04/05/12, I have received neither mop, refund or any correspndence from the company which was called Paradise Living, I paid for this through Google and foolishly believed it was a trusted site.

hi i ordered an x5 mop of best direct on 10th april we r now in june an still waiten 4 it 2 come i av tryed gettin in touch wi them an all they r sayin is ther is a third party so now elk an paradise r in volved wi best direct cost me 70 pound free gift an up grade 4 delivery i av bin in touch with paypal they avin bin much help so i think i will try my bank its just a big scam on the internet
