No Cargo Received Till Date

I had sent my 24 Kg. Cargo to my home country in the January 2016 which bill No. is 163045, still not received. I have submitted many times complaints to the Complain Board but They didn't give me any response. So....... Now What should I consider ? The ABC Co. is Fraud and A Robber for robbing others valuables. I can also use vulgar language for them but still I am thinking It may be some problem but even then they are not receiving any mail any call no answer from anywhere. I fed up. Please ..... do something by taking this kind of reputation, you can not business further.
