This company has multiple complaints. I should have checked before I spoke with them and agreed to sign up.

This company is supposed to be insurance for your credit card if you are unable to pay. Normally I pay every month so I wasn't worried about it but they offered a $25 gift card for the company that they were offering and the insurance for which was lane Bryant.

They sent me information I needed to fill out for my a $25 gift card and I sent it and immediately. Called them wondering where the card was, and they told me they never received it. They then sent it out again and the day that I got it I turned around and sent it back in again for my free gift card. Again I never received it. I've called several times and been told someone will call me back and make sure I get my card and the last time I called they told me they wanted to send a out the information once again. Just ridiculous! What a gimmick! I never received my gift card and just gotta run around every time I called. This company is a scam!
