Fraud and cheating

Ace Wigs needs to be shut down. They don't respond to calls or emails, don't tell you when a wig is back ordered and claim exchanges are not in acceptable condition. Also appears to be a one man show who is nasty. There are many, much better and reputable companies out there to do business with, no one needs them. They are ripping off people in need and apparently the only way to shut them down is to stop doing business with them. Good thing is it looks like many have so only a matter of time.

Deceptive Practices

Kim of Ace Wigs (who the phone sales agents identified as the "boss") is a disreputable, dishonest person who acts in bad faith. The wig I ordered to help my appearance during a critical health issue did not arrive at the "on or before date" represented by Kim and in addition is a substandard product. Although all phone sales agents and Kim were readily available when I was ordering the wig - now that there is a problem they have shut me out of their phone lines and have indicated that I can communicate via their email system for any exchange needed.
PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
There is a clear intent to act in a malicious and harmful manner to the consumer.
