No service at all!
A few months ago I purchased a PC from them. Immediately it began to fall apart. I bought some things thinking it would help the pc to work better. It did not. I called the store, and said that I needed a new pc. They said they would not replace it until I paid them some more money. What a rip off!!! Will never deal with them again!

no honor for own warranty
Doesn't honor their own warranty, refused to fix a new laptop which I received already with the defect! Said that they could help but I had to pay. This is not honest! Consumer, beware!

Acer Repair
Acer desktop was sent to have failed motherboard replaced under warranty. They are now charging me for the whole repair because the unit arrived with a cracked bezel. They claim this indicates shipping damage which possibly caused the motherboard damage and therefore voids warranty. This is a bunch of you know what !!! The reason it was sent was the board was dead. I told them to forget the bezel because it works fine as is. They won't do what they call a partial repair. So I'm stuck paying or I have nothing !!!! This is fraud.

Aceer repair warranty a Ripp Off
Acer returned a brand new store bought defective computer moniter that would not turn on when plugged into a wall outlet out back to me without doing anything to fix it. Their customer service is absolutely worthless. They refused to send me a new replacement or a postage paid label to have it repaired as they should have. They acted like it was my fault that Walmart refused to exchange it for a new one since I picked it up from their store that is several hours away from my home. Now I am stuck with a worthless door stop and no moniter for my computer. They do not stand up for their product and are hateful toward their customers. Spend a little more money and do not touch their products with a ten full pole. They are not are not a reliable or reputable company.
