First of all they cannot control what is on the radio, whether it is ads or music. Since you act like a fussy and inconsiderate child maybe you should stay at home and do your country a favor.

I would like to put up a complaint that I have experienced at a restaurant called shobha's in Birmingham star city, me and my friend went to ask for some boiling water for her baby's milk and she was being so rude about it all, she said I will give you it this time but do not make it a habit!! And she said you should of been bait more organised!! My friend said I was prepared but the water has gone cold! She refused to give me plain water! And I found it disgusting that I had to travel all the way back to derby and her baby was starving!! There was no good customer service!! And I feel that there is no decency left at all where all that we asked for was one ounce of boiling water! Never been so disappointed!!

Tea for two
"Tea for Two"
As a little treat my daughters thought it would be nice that my partner and I could have an afternoon tea(£20-00 voucher value), we have had a lot on this year so have been anticipating to use it in the run up to Christmas. Didn't realise that the girls had brought it at the beginning of December so on the 4th when noticing I rang Activity and asked to extend the expiry date which they said I could have a six month extension but at a cost of £20-00, £20-00 to extend a £20-00 voucher. The compassionate side came out when I was told if there had been a death or serious illness and I could provide proof of such then they would take that into consideration.My advice to all would be to avoid this company at all costs and perhaps give cheques or cash as the only sure-fire way of the intended recipient enjoying your gift.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I purchased a WOWCHER voucher for a Scuba Dive experience for Two with Activity Superstore. It actually turns out that the location I was purchasing this voucher for (Amersham) do not have any bookings available for the foreseeable future until enough people have purchased this deal. I contacted the Citizens Advice Bureau (the good guys!) and have managed to get a refund due to ‘Breach of Contract’ as no-where did it say that my purchase would be dependent on enough vouchers being purchased for the chosen area. Wowcher have now kindly agreed to refund my payment but Activity Super(not)store are not prepared to compensate me for the time and effort I have spent in pursuing this refund. I am now out of pocket fighting this refund. I will be strongly advising everyone I know not to use Activity Superstore because I can see now there are so many review sites where disgruntled customers have posted their negative experiences of this company on – what a shame I didn’t find them before I made my purchase. I will now be wasting even more time trawling the internet to find every review site possible to post negatively for this unfair and uncaring company who lack decent customer service from what I have experienced. Please report your experiences with this company to Trading Standards because they are keeping an eye on the trading of this company and one person on a review site is reporting Activity Superstore to Watchdog, so let’s get even more publicity for them!!!

Superstore driving experience
Ive tried numours of times with email accting on the informatoin id been givin.Ive been trying to book a x3 car driving experience which i bought 4 my husband last year ive tried booking on the voucher number & acctivation number but not getting any further with thi its a nightmare so my nxt step is 2 complain about it the voucher number is 919103484972 & voucher number isPZC5U300103when ive done this its saying its already veen acctivated please can you help this runs out in dec & only have s short time 2 do this isi dont earn alot of money & this guift cost me alot of money 4 me kind regards rachael kitchingman
