INTERNET BROWSER SEARCH TRACKERS

I just received the same letter for Arthritis research study I am pissed. I have already taken care of this not happening again. Two month ago I did research joint arthritis online then I noticed whenever I visited legit website these ads started to pop up related to my search. There is one thing that they target you to buy a product which should anonymously but it is out of control that they not only know everything about your health and your name and your address. I did not wait for the government or anyone else to prevent such thing happening again. Here is what I did:
Setup paid VPN for my home internet so my ISP cannot collect any data on me.
Found a VPN provider from Europe with strict privicy laws and made sure they too are not collecting my information to sell.
Started to use Thor browser.
Downloaded internet browser plugins GHOSTERY which blocks all trackers new or old, internet plugin NOSCRIPT
Started to use DUCKDUCKGO as my default search engine
Installed internt plugin HTTPS everywhere to make sure all my web connections are secured and installed internet net plugin uBlock.
Ever since I have not seen a single target ads.
With Trump rolling back all our privacy rights, we have to be proactive ourselves. See screenshot below, it even blocked tracker from this site.
