Their website needs to be improved
I’ve realised a while ago that my personal finances are a total mess, so I was in desperate need of organizing them. I was searching for a tool for this and stumbled upon a website called myuniverse.co.in, it turned out to be quite an interesting product. Using this online service you can pay bills online (including recharge of utility bills), link multiple bank accounts, get an overview of your current financial situation as well as getting help in financial planning. This service also allows browsing credit card and debit card statements all in one place which I found very convenient. I need to point out that in terms of usability MyUniverse still has room for improvements but is good enough to start using now. I am a few weeks into using this service now and so far I have only had a couple of problems which I wasn’t able to solve myself so I had to contact customer support, just in case you will start using this service after reading my review I’ve left customer service contacts below my post. I’ve almost forgotten to mention that they offer 30 days trial at the moment so it is a good time to check their service out without paying anything.
