Yeah they did the same thing to me. I'm currently reporting them to the Industrial Commission's department of labor. And the fact they said they can't pay my checks until almost 6 months after my quitting is total crap. We'll see what the Labor Department has to say.
After 3 weeks of working there, they said my final check was $30 something. Ontop of everyone else being paid weekly and I had to wait 3 weeks for a weekly check, it's absurd. Like I said, I'm reporting them. And we'll see how Big State they are. gl to you.

First they said it was $9.00, now their Craig's List advertisement says $10.00, I think they lie to hook people into coming to this work place, so they can take advantage of 'em. They need to be reported and shut down immediately. I don't know if they're a illegitimate franchise or what their deal is, but how they conduct their business is not good.
They did the same thing to me. Right before it was time to pay me they gave me a bunch of crap about how I wasn't making enough sales, etc. etc. Just like you. None of this was explained at the interview (I think was Mike). Ontop of it I was told from a "manager" from another station/code about all this, not my own boss from MY code/station. What's up with that? That's shady.
Some pip-squeak kid from another station told me I wasn't making enough sales, and 'cause I had "checkmarks" by my name for missing out of work one day, they charged my check for every checkmark. None of this was explained.
This place needs to be reported and investigated immediately.
