Worst Beauty Salon i ever been

I had been going to different Beauty Salon, signed package and even piecemeal basis for the past 20 years. this is the worst unethical beauty salon ever, please do not signed any package or be tricked by its groupon or cheap packages. all BS!!

Changed attitude

I've been with aesthetic wellness for around 1 year plus. I must agree with the hard selling but to be honest,their treatments really gave me the results I wanted.
Understand that they are also doing their job but hopefully they can try to sell it in a nicer way.

Disasterous Facial

Do not ever attempt to try their facial, extremely hard selling and do not have good skill, it shows why the shop is empty. Please stop cheating people with your below average beautician yet trying the aesthetic, u r no where there。

Beware of buying voucher

Bought 2 Voucher (for 2 pax) for 1 hour body massage plus free hair cut for 35$ but when we reached there they just asked us to fill out from and told us to wait for our turn, but when we changed our clothes already suddenly someone told us that the voucher is not for 1 hour body massage but only for 20mins back massage. Im very disappointed! They have so many excuses! So please beware!

Hard selling

Been there on 2nd Nov, during the 1.5 hr treatment, the beauty consultant and the beautician kept hard selling to me though I have tried to stop. Ended up, signed a package with them, but thought of cancelling the package during cooling period. That’s when disaster started,
- no response though get the beauty consultant to call back
- told me I have signed a clause that this package is non refundable package, but no one explain to me about this condition
- told me no point to go to CASE as I may not able to get back much money

For those can’t resist on hard selling, please don’t ever go in to Aesthetic wellness.

DO NOT BUY THEIR VOUCHER

RIDICULOUS...

A Salesman (Gilbert) or some marketer came by to all clinics and start to sell us vouchers which cost $10 each..
Told us that you can get a Haircut, 1 hour body massage or even a Facial.
So we bought 4 of it instead..


My friends and I made an appointment with the one at 442 Orchard Road (Claymore) which they are called Aesthetics Wellness.
So it was confirmed to be on a Saturday at 2pm.. When I tried to call and reconfirm again, first of all, they don't speak English.
Only Chinese.... and it was so annoying and frustrating. They don't even have a Manager around which is RIDICULOUS.

They don't even know that there is this Salesman selling vouchers.... So they mentioned that we did not made any booking with them and we told them the name that we spoke to.. and said that she resigned .... What kind of service are they providing?


Next, we said its ok.. we will book again on the next Saturday.. Keep telling us that Saturdays are all FULLY BOOKED!! wow.. So much business i guess?

So we told them next month then.. We called up again to make an appointment,, they told us that.. Oh, Sorry we do not have any "Body Massage anymore" and we were totally shocked and annoyed. WHAT KIND OF RIDICULOUS NONSENSE is this?

We are super annoyed the fact that their service sucks and we believe that the vouchers that we bought is a SCAM!

Now, after reading all the reviews... I believe that this is a SCAM and a total RUBBISH... Whoever this Gilbert is, if you ever meet him. PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR HIS SCAM...

Superb pushy stuffs

Their every single service staffs at Claymore connect are all very pushy. Every single visit to their salon, they will definitely ask you to try something new for your face. Then will ask you to buy this buy that. Saying adding this, your skin will be much more beautiful. Everytime, need to hear them persuade me to buy more or topup packages. If only they are not so hard selling, i will visit more often (at least once a month) than few months once. Cause i know every visit i go, will ask me to topup.
The boss or owner of Sure Asethetic wellness really need to reflect on themselves. Seeing too many negative reviews on the internet. The owner must be too money minded to stress every of his staffs.

Complete BS package and vouchers

It’s not worth your time and your money. You can get better service out there. They targeted certain people based of their position (giving you a form to fill in) and will decide how much you’re willing to spend. If you’re in a managerial role or housewife, say Goodbye to your money cos they’ll give you Super Low price and talk BS so you’ll sign the package with them.

Once you’ve sign up for the package, depending on your tier, you’re unlikely to get slots to do it over the weekends, even if you get it, they’ll make you wait for hours.

Machines Hygiene is an issue that was not addressed in time as they wish to earn more money.

Please be careful!
