We needed to purchase insurance, sent them the money, and they answered that they did not receive it. Now they are asking for another payment! How do you like that??
I am going to file a case against them for fraud.

requested insurance info and they debite my bank account
In June or July 2012, I was sent a form asking if I wanted to receive information on purchasing life insurance. I Xed the box and sent it in. I never received any information. On September 9th, 2013 I went to my bank and asked Regions to print out my transactions, then I inquired about charges on my bank statement because around July 2013 I stopped getting paper statements, not because I requested it. I do not like internet banking.A nice representative printed out my info and I asked her what the $49.50 charge was for it had a 800 number next to it, she said she did not know. I called the number and Affinion was the company that
debited my account, I called them but I did not know who this company is or how they got my information so I refused to give them my Bank account number. I then called Regions and asked them if they were affiliated with the company or if they gave them my banking information. The Respresentative said no they do knot have anything to o with them. I believe Affinion debited my account 3 or 4 times, I am unsure because my mom was really sick at the time and I was not monitoring my account. I feel I should be credited the money taken out of my account. Because this happened I closed my Region banking account. I have been with this bank for over 20 years and I wrote a letter to the Branch manager explaining the sitiation and left my phone number on the letter.
No one ever got back with me. I strongly feel this is fraud and I should be reimbursed by Regions and Affinion.
Now I just received a letter from Affinion with a Coverage ID # requesting $49.50. I am very upset with Affinion and Regions bank for the misrepresenting, and misleading. I feel I deserve an apology and all my money back.
