Unfair charges

I had book a premier deluxe room from agoda ,after I had made payment they email to inform that the premier deluxe room is under renovation ,and they suggested I downgrade to deluxe room instead. So, I ask for a refund from the different. What I check from agoda website the different between premier deluxe room and deluxe room is USD 20+, in the end they refund only USD 3+. I felt cheated . This is not the first time I book from them ,but this will definitely be my last time.

Another AGODA rip-off

Yet another AGODA SCAM... I have filed a fraud report with my credit card company. AGODA sent me an email to tell me my credit card was declined (and it was declined because they were charging MORE than the amount I authorized) and so, foolishly, I sent them another number without checking as to WHY it was declined. They charged my second card the FULL AMOUNT and then cancelled the hotel reservation. EVERYONE WHO IS SCAMMED BY AGODA NEEDS TO FILE FRAUD REPORTS WITH THEIR CREDIT CARD COMPANIES. The game AGODA plays is to pretend to be solving the problem while they avoid refunding your money. Finally, they resort to the fine print in their terms of service to deny you a refund -- clauses that are ILLEGAL in the US which is why they operate out of Singapore, one of the frauds capitals of the world. By the time they deny the refund your time limit to file a fraud complaint will have expired

Horrible Service, Misleading Booking Info on Website

My recent hotel booking experiences on Agoda website has been really horrible. The booking information and confirmation charges are totally different and when I complained, they sent me automated emails, putting blame on the hotels. Maybe they have gone full AI, no real people handling matters any more. As well, their price guarantee is a joke, cannot get anywhere with their non-humanoid system... You have been warned
