refund my ticket
i booked a ticket online and i received the following email :
Your booking will be held until 11:41 on 08 October 2016

i called fly dubai , and they told me that there was something wrong , they will refund my ticket and i need to buy a new one ,
that's what i did ,
i traveled and till now they didn't refund it ,
i called now and they told me that my ticket was valid and i ended up traveling on one booking reference and returning on a second booking reference , so basically i used both tickets , ( one going and one coming back )
i asked to refund , they said its too late ,
i need the money back or we will take this to another level ,
i will make sure to let a lot of people know that fly dubai steals money over the social media ,
