refund
asking for a refund of travel reservation for Mr. Carlson Chan with reservation code: PIINNL from zamboanga to tawi-tawi last june 28, 2012 and also for Mr. Edgardo David with reservation code: LNQWSQ from manila to zamboanga last june 27, 2012. those are cancelled flight. we would like to ask from your good company a refund for the two cancelled flight.

No human to talk to
My husband booked me last nite Sept 4 for Legazpi City flight Sept 7, back Sept 12 online. I was beside him when he booked it, but the wifi isn't continuous and the Ipad screen website hanged. i saw him punch sept 12 for return flight. but, when i was about to print my IT today it was Sept 10! so we immediately called up reservations as that was the only available number to call, but was told that we have to email [email protected]. yes i asked for the supervisor, Rhea Sobretodo but to my horror, you cannot talk to any human when you want your rebooking fee waived! you have to get online and submit your reason. I asked Rhea what if your passenger is a probinsyano (someone who comes from the province and hasn't been introduced to the internet), she said there are ways to do it. duh! #Airphil express do not have any available #HUMAN to speak with! i emailed eleven times since Rhea told me to, but up to now 30 minutes after i havent gotten any reply! yes i did go to facebook and twitter pages of #Airphil to no avail. cuz fb replied to me that it is onlinesupport that handles it. whoa! i am a frequent business flyer to Legazpi and i'm asking for some leeway cuz i'm not changing my flight just out of whim! it's the internet ! a webpage error! but, im still patiently waiting and hoping to get my prayers answered

Double Booking
Hello. Good afternoon!
Last night, I tried to book my friend online but an error occurred during payment. I was told that I was not able to enable my cookies and that no transaction was made. So, I tried booking again this morning. The same thing happened. However, I was surprised to see that those transactions were carried out. I checked my email last night but I did not receive one. I only received the emails now. I was charged twice. I want to cancel one of those transactions.

and
JAYROD FORTUNA ESLAO - December 22, 2012 (Manila to Cagayan) and January 5 (Cagayan to Manila).

charged doubled thru credit card :(
hi ask ko po regarding sa online booking thru credit card po ung flight is mnl-bcd oct 17,2012 6am mr. aldwin beratio via airphil code: NWPJXD ticket no. 2112169627283, ung sa statement of account po na double po ung charge ng ticket 5,544 x 2= 11,088.00 credit card na ginamit po is 4532488000447215, upon booking po once lang pong na click ung payment na icon po. ng taka po ako bakit na double ung charge?

ERRONEOUS PASSENGER NAME
Good Noon Sir / Madam;
Just booked On Line the following passengers on Flt 2P 384, 08 APRIL 2013 bound from CEBU to ILOILO :
Ms. Cecilia Talidano Degala and Ms. Nica Marie Carmen Lorilla for a Total Amount of Php 5,036.00.
I used my VISA Credit Card for this purpose is as much as they don't have their own Credit Cards.
Much to my SURPRISE when I printed the Tickets per Reservation Code OXQXRJ, my name WILFREDO SIANSON SY and Nica Marie Carmen Lorilla appeared on the ticket, BUT the name of Cecilia Talidano Degala was nowhere to be found !
Hoping you can rectify this anomaly ASAP.

WRONG PASSENGER NAME VS.BOOKED ON LINE
Dear Sir / Madam ;
Last February 25, 2013, I booked On Line (2) Two of my Colleagues, namely, Ms. CECILIA TALIDANO DEGALA, and MS. NICA MARIE CARMEN LORILLA for their Flight from Cebu to Iloilo on Flt 29 384 on April 08, 2013. I used my VISA Credit Card for payment is as much as they do not have a credit card of their own. The Reservation Code was OXQXRJ.
To my SURPRISE, when I printed the email acknowledgment from Air Phil Express Travel Reservation, Ticket No. 2112170843611, was under my name ! Which was ERRONEOUS ! Whereas Ticket No. 2112170843612 was accurate and under the name of the second passenger Ms. Nica Marie C. Lorilla.
I immediately called up 032 - 5051616 and reported the incident. I was advised to write [email protected]. Which I did right after talking to the Call Center Agent, Mariane and another email early evening of that day. She even told me to follow it up with her 24 hours thereafter.
After a day, I called up again and talked to another Male call center agent and he refused to connect me to Mariane and instead he gave me a Telephone No. to call in Manila, (02) 855 9000.. I did a follow up call on the 27th. But after almost an hour of ringing, I put down the phone. I did a follow up call again while I was in Manila on the 28th of February, but as usual it took ages and nobody answered the goddamned phone from the end of Airphil Express.
Hoping that somebody up there at online support take time time to read the emails addressed to Air Phil.
I would appreciate if somebody responsible enough take the time to respond to complaints address to the Airline. Passengers feel RIP OFFED by the inaction of the people up there !
