Existing prepaid Customer registration
Dear sir
I am an existing Airtel prepaid customer. I received a sms from you that i need to provide my identity and proof of address as per Govt notification . But when i approached your Rajainagar show room yesterday they directed me to Dr.Rajkumar road show room citing system issue . Again Dr.Rajkumar road show room personnel insisted i need to submit only at Rajajinagar show room . Please let me know how and where to submit my documents
