I also seen vacancy in the Dubizzle and contacted their office her name was naziya after asking some questions she told that we are arranging the interview with company and for processing fee 500 AED need to pay but thank Allah SWT how ever i was keeping money in shirt pocket as i changed i forgot to take but in my purse there was 100 AED i payed her.why UAE is not taking neccesary actions on such fraud consultancy.its waste of time . and this people who are in fraud in this company have to bear punishment on judgement day.

Yes this is the bastered company. My wife also went there and paid 100 dhs.for registration then 2nd day they call and asking to pay 400 dhs.before going to the interview but when my wife asked me I just said no bcoz if any consultancy asking for the registration or money before giving job that means it’s fake. If you go with the reputed consultancy they take commission from the employer or from our first salary.
Please let me know who have been cheated. You can contact me at [email protected] this is the time to show those cheaters as my wife saw so many people were paying 250 -300 dhs from everyone.

FRAUD!!!
Please do not consult this agency, it's a fraudulent service. They take away all your money and do not provide any work opportunities. They took away my 300AED and were asking for more 200AED, saying it's their total subscription fee. They just need your money, nothing else. they even threaten that they will not return your money. DO NOT SIGN ON ANY OF THEIR DOCUMENTS BECAUSE THEY WILL USE IT AGAINST YOU IF IN CASE YOU ASK FOR YOUR MONEY TO BE RETURNED.
Initially, some lady will take your short interview (just for name sake) and ask for 300 AED. Then they say that they will call in case you are shortlisted, but definitely they will shortlist you because they want your remaining 200 AED. After collecting total 500 AED they will never call you again, they will just make you wait like a fool. I met many people who faced the same issues, kindly refrain from contacting these fraudsters. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF INNOCENT JOB SEEKERS AND WON'T EVEN FEEL SORRY FOR SNATCHING ALL OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
I BECAME A VICTIM OF THEIR TRAP, I WANT TO ENSURE OTHERS won't.

Friends Dont go to this Consultancy all are ladies worst then prostitutes cheating the visit visa people who comes on job search they wont die normally surely by dreadful diseases they will die all are pakistani ladiesworking their cheat all guys who visit there. i think prostitutes are better them atleast they will sell there body for their poverty but this ladies are cheating and doing fraud so guys please aware of this company and Al Awain man power consultancy all are bastards cheaters working there.
I urge the officials of UAE your country is beautiful nodoubt about this your rules and regulations are good please clean this type of Cheaters and fraudalent consultancy companies which cheat who is on visit visa in needy.

I am the latest victim of this scam people. I saw their post in dubizzle jobs (yesterday 21/2/2018) and said to call this no. 056-2312538 to make an interview sched. its a pakistani lady she told me to go in sharjah fish market and ride taxi then call her. She is very smart to not share info that time, when im already in taxi I called her she talk to taxi driver and instructed to go in dubai islamic bank corner immigration road. When i reach my destination i call her again and said go to same building of dubai islamic bank, block C room 301 when im already inside i saw the company name AL AIDY AL MAHIRAH Employment and Manpower Supply Services. They pretend to ask u a little bit interview and promise u that u are already selected. (4000 aed + accomodation + transpo.) After all the discussion they will tell you that u need to pay the processing fee of 315 aed (im stupid to pay them) to secure my spot on the job position. The next day (22/02/2018) they call again and said i need to report in their office to finish all the requirements and need to pay another 200 aed. Thats the time i search about this company and found out its a fraud. Now i dont know if i can get my money back because base on the complains against them they are operating since 2011 and been have a lot of complains since 7 years ago and still continuously counting. Gulfnews also post their scheme but i wonder why this scam still operating. I wish authorities do an action and bring justice to their poor victim.

This is fake consultancy...they put vacancy on top sites and when we call to the given number they act as if they are the HR manager speaking and give the Address for interview...first they tell us 4000 AED + Accommodation... supervisor post... later tell us to pay 300 AED for processing fees...and tell us to WAIT FOR A CALL... NEXT DAY call will come that u have been selected, first come to our office address and pay remaining balance amount i.e 200 AED...after paying remaining money they give a fake address of a shop...
I came to know about this fake scam last few days back...Me and My friend had paid money, and now if we call to office the person will tell only one thing call will come today.... Almost daily many people pay money over there...from may years they are doing this scam...I have registered a complaint against them but negative feedback...they are not ready to refund money also...they even told me to go and give police complaint...
I request to my brothers and sisters please don't give any money to this consultancy...

Job Offer Scam
When you get the call they don't tell you that they are from Job consultancy.
They will tell you that you are SELECTED (not short listed) for the position of bla bla bla. They will ask you to go to the office for interview. They will not tell you their company name Al Aidy Al Mahirah Employment & Manpower Supply Services. (If they tell we will know the history of this company.
When you reach there they will offer you a fair salary on talk (not on paper) with other benefits like transportation and accommodation etc.
They will ask you to pay some money which is the typing fee/registration fee/application fee etc. They call it different names each time.
They tell you that if not selected the money is refundable. They will ask you to sign some forms. They don't allow you to read it. You will think it is just job application form. In the form they will ask to put the expected salary as OPEN (not the salary they were telling during the conversation).
In the form there is a close " if the candidate rejects the job offer then the money is not refundable".
You will go for the interview, I doubt the company where you are going also may have tie up with this consultancy in this scam.
You will pass the interview/test, They will offer you lesser salary, no benefits etc. Naturally you will reject the offer. Remember what you signed in the form " If you reject the offer then the deposit is not refundable".
The offers they were telling during the conversation has no proof. It is not written on the form.
This is how they live cheating , scamming the jobless people if this country so called safe country UAE.

By the way - all the staff are Pakistanis. They don't call Pakistanis for this scam. At least they Pakistanis are safe from them.
They don't write the company name in English anywhere so that people going there cannot know the name until you get the payment receipt.
The names you will get during the conversation will be fake. When you call back the next day, they will tell you such person does not work there.

I myself trapped in ds froad company.....Today i gav 210 to her..after came frm dr i searched about dr company..i got shocked....Tat lady said tat she is also a malayaali frm trissur..but i couldnt believe tat because of her apperence...but before itself i gave my money to her.....I wonder tat how such mal practices are happening a country like Dubai.................my heart is paining a lot

I saw a job opening from dubizzle and mentioned chips company needs receptionist and went to this company, in interview she told me that my initial salary is 3000 AED ,free accommodation,free transport,free medical insurance free visa free emirates id also she asked me to pay 210 AED and it will be refundable. She just took money from my hand when i ask details. I said i dont want give money back but they refused. there 7-8 people were there in that room...
Many innocent people who are unemployed are affected due to fraud company like this, We request you to take necessary action against this company and do justice for the innocent people.
Please request to Govt of UAE . UAE is Good place for tourist and for job seekers everyones dream is to get the job in UAE but please take action on this type of consultancies . Some may come from poor family they might have bring on interest to search for the job and if i get job life will be set right in my family this fraudalents are cheating in the name of Consultancy.

They will ask you to gv AED 210 and will get a job with in 72 hours and will commitment if you will not get job we will refund yr full money .
The time u will ask money that bastad person Faisal will lock u in his room and started misbehave with u and will say i dont care police at last will not refund yr mny .
So guys pls dont trust at all these consultancy . pls if u r in visit or trying to get job try yr luck god will help u .

When we went to the interview they promised to give us a job and if we don't get a job, they promised to give us a full refund. Even while signing the agreement they said whatever your writing is just a for formality. I asked them several times over and over again, they only said hundred % sure for your job and refund. We didn't get the job and went in to the office to see of they will give but all they did was gave us false hope. The person I spoke to is Ali who also guaranteed again for our job. Finally I was fed up and went to ask for the refund. Ali filled a form said you will get the refund tomorrow. Next day I go what he said was you will get a call from the accounts department which I never got. So finally i called today and he says the refund Policy is only for 72 hours. Which from the beginning I asked several times and they never mentioned anything about it. Finally the manager over there said he can not give refund. Don't ever go to this place, full of fake jobs and policy. Trust me for all they have cheated they will pay for it someday by God's hand.

I was told to attend the interview tomorrow and while searching about the company luckily I came across these reviews . So Allhamdulliah by the grace of Allah my time and money is safe now .
