Alcon Contact Lenses - so called Rewards

I have been a customer of Alcon for a few years and every time I applied for rewards, I was astounded at the documentation required. I did it though and was pleased with the rewards. On my last purchase though, the process of submitting the information seems to be rigged to dissuade customers from applying. I made several attempts only to be kicked out of the system every time I would approach completion. Makes one wonder whether this is a tactic to discourage applications? If it is, then shame...I will not buy from Alcon again.
