alcon rebate

I sent in my paper work and applied for my $70 rebate, was told it was to take 6-8 weeks to process. After waiting the time I checked back in three months later to be told that it was declined. I was told that I waited 90 days to make my claim after my eye appointment. I provided proof that I applied the day after my appointment. The response: I need to resubmit the claim and did not so it was declined. I did not receive an email requesting this data. They replied it must have gone into Spam. Since I put the address in my mail box that could not have happened. They said it was declined. As I read all of the people who have been scammed by this company I realize that I am just another person in line who will not be getting a rebate..What an we do about this company who promises a rebate and then declines all? Are we just helpless moppets?

REBATE SCAM

This is a complete scam! I sent in my paperwork for my $50 rebate and was declined because I didn't pay for my contacts in one payment. I paid in two installments! what difference does it make, I bought them from your company that is falsely advertising rebates to lure customers in to buy your products! First I was told I had to send a picture of the receipt then I had to send a picture of the bar code, then I had to resend a pic of the receipt that shows the address of the business, then I was declined because they wanted the date of the purchase. after sending all the information requested, and even send a email to someone named quentin that guaranteed it would be submitted that day and he lied too! JUST ANOTHER SCAM COMPANY TO LIE ABOUT REBATES JUST TO TAKE CUSTOMERS MONEY !!!!!! WILL NEVER USE ALCON PRODUCT AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW PLUS THE OPTICAL CENTERS.
