What a rip-off

I've used Alcon for years and always had success with rebates. This time they rejected my claim, saying I didn't have proper prescription. I did, and re-sent.

Second time they just rejected now, saying I did not buy enough for a rebate. One eye is Toric, the other is not. Both are by Alcon! They ignored the non-Toric box and simply acted as if I only got half a year of contacts. If this is a LOOPHOLE, it is a ridiculous one.

I know this is just a third-party vendor doing the rebates, and obviously they do their best to never have to pay them.

I am LIVID and so annoyed that, with everything else going on in my life, I have to deal with THIS bs.

I don't know if they have competitors, but I will strongly urge my doctor NOT to give me Alcon on my next prescription.
