TOTAL RIP OFF!
For a $35 rebate for a year' supplies of Optix, lenses the process is ludicrous, website that the code provided by Optician does not accept the formula provided. Demands a UPC code but not such code is listed on box, so e-mailed and was told it was the 12 digit code under the bar code on the box. If they really wanted to provided the rebate, they would make it an "instant Rebate ' at time of purchase or the Optician should handle the process. The ONLY INTELLIGENT CONCLUSCION is that Alcon just does not want to make the rebate payment, and will do everything and anything to make it so difficult that the customer will give up. They should be ashamed of themselves!

Horrible company! I jumped thru ALL their hoops and demands just to get a rebate of $75.00 that I know I over spent on contacts and though "they say" Good news, your getting a refund.....it never came! Really??!! This is a horrible company everyone! Don't get your contacts through this company!! There is NO SUCH THING as getting a refund for paying too much!!!
