Rebate is a lie and contacts are crap

Their rebate is a complete SCAM! They tell you that you did something wrong with rebate submission and then drag it out until the offer time expires! I've been dealing with this for 6 weeks. I did everything to the letter with submission. I had employee on the phone while I did everything! He walked me step by step thru form and told me it was all correct when completed. First they said name didn't match (Not true) then they said photo of receipt didn't have name on it (Also not true) now finally they are saying my time for rebate has expired. I will never purchase their contacts again! They lost a customer for life. It would have been better for them to give me the $200 rebate they promised!
