Alcon-contact rebate

Jumped through hoops to make sure all information was put in their website for the rebate in a timely manner, and still website said there was an error. Checked and checked again. Still would not go thru. When I called, they said that if you put in too much information or do not use their pull down menu (that they do not tell you to use) etc, etc it won’t go through. I think they make it frustrating and very NOT user friendly on purpose so they don’t have to give out the rebates. I would not have purchased a whole years worth of contacts except if you did, you got a rebate. RIGHT!! Will check on buying else where next time! A SCAM! Oh, and because I did not call immediately (it was after the 60 days of purchase, even though I filled out all the info on their website within the 60 day limit) I’m not eligible now. Grrrrrrrr!!

disappointed

I made a purchase contact lenses for one year , submitted the information they required and still got denied twice .I called once in between and was told re submit , I do so and still denied same reason. I am stating to think that I am being scammed
anyone have any suggestions?
