SCAM Alert

My daughter needed contact lens last year so we selected the Air Optix lens from Alcon because of the rebate. It was a scam!!! I recieved an email thanking me for registering and the rebate could take up to 12 weeks to process. It never ever processed. I was cleaning out my email and found the email and thought I would check on it. The customer service rep told me they had no record of my registering even though I still had the email. She disconnected when I asked her how I got the email if I was not in her system! I will never purchase their products ever again for being deceitful!
