Alex Quazi Slumlord
Is it 84 Denton Avenue? I rented there from Jan-Jun this year. The place leaked sewer gas for weeks, putting me and my spouse in the hospital. Alex did not care in the least that his defective property put my life at risk, even when the sewer backed up he never cared even though half my property was destroyed. Wouldn't fix the place or anything, I had to live in a hotel for more time than I ever lived in 84 Leyton. I had to take him to the landlord tenant board to even get him to listen to me about the money he owed. You should do the same, you can get all your prepaid rent back, by a court order, and it will only cost you $50.

Post here and I'd even show up to be a witness on your behalf for free, Alex conned me that bad and I want him to see justice.
But the bottom line is, yes, Alex Quazi is a slumlord / scammer / con artist. Avoid like the plague. And if you've been scammed by him already, don't give up, fight it. Alex is scarred of all the bad publicity he leaves in his wake. Use this.

Alex Quazi real estate
84 Leyton, I meant, bah. The sewer system is shredded with tree roots and Alex won't do more than band-aid solutions, leaving his tenants to deal with his shit. He is a predator of Canadians.

Alex Quazi is a disgusting scammer-Real Estate Exams Group
I took Alex Quazi's real estate course about half a year ago. This may have just been the worst decision I made in my life. He charges upwards of a thousand dollars for ineligible notes which make no sense, and I could have just read the materials and synthesized the information myself. Guess it was partly my fault for acting in the heat of the moment and not sitting down to think out the rationality of my decision. He is a completely different person before and after he takes your money. When he's trying to lure your business, he calls persistently (like 6 times, literally) and tries to sound professional and sincere. After he takes your money, he gives about 2 tutoring sessions (half the time he's on the phone trying to con other clients), and says that he's too busy for you when you've got questions. Oh...and no refund. You agreed to that on the 3 point font fine print on the contract, which he produces after you've paid the fees. This guy is simply vomit-inducing. The way he operates elicits the highest contempt. Why do we let such malicious ### into Canada in the first place? Get the hell out, Quazi.

ALEX QUAZI IS A SCAM ARTIST
He is a fraud and a scam. I called him for realestatestudy.ca for real estate course preparation. He charged me $1000 for two courses, with no receipt provided. It is $500 per course. He sounds very promising with guarantee results, even have students transcripts to prove. Be warned that after you pay that money, you will probably see him a total of 3 times. if you were scheduled to meet him at 10am, he will arrive late at around 10:15am, and then speak to his receptionist, be on the phone speaking to other clients or even seeing other clients, and he will finally meet with you at 10:30am and then class will end at 10:53am.
i am so specific with timings because this was my experience with the FIRST CLASS I HAD WITH HIM and it was appalling to me that this first impression was so horrifying and unprofessional.
I didn't want to believe that this was a scam so i disregarded the first class as being a bad first impression, and it honestly took me the third class to know that I had honestly been scammed and suckered in by horrible marketing. All three classes he was late arriving. He claims that he has many mock exams available for practise, but there is only 2 mock exams total and they are not "mock exams". The first "mock exam" consisted of around 15 word questions and the second "mock exam" had a few math questions with no word questions... a mock exam would literally combine both math and theory questions together, not split them up and pretend that they are two different quizzes....
Alex Quazi is a bullshitter and a piece of shit and he is taking advantage of the fact that small claims court cases can take up to years to close him down which is why he promotes himself everywhere including kijiji etc.
The website realestatestudy.ca is presented very well but it is 100% scam.

Why didn't anyone complain?
If you have any proof that you had paid this agent "Alex F. Quazi" $500 - $3000, you need to bring it to RECO/OREA''s tension IMMEDIATELY, rather then complaining or typing your experience to this wall. RECO/OREA will look further into his accounts and bad poor advertising luring you all in his scam. Trust me, I've been in the Real Estate business for 10 years and never ran into these problems, becuz I don't trust them and I don't advise any of my clients, family or friends to get involved. I guide them the correct way in getting your licences. I'm not sorry that you had lost your money or he made you look like a fool, becuz that was your poor judgement to get involved and not doing your research before handing the money. I heard he takes clients the same day to the bank, rather then waiting for a cheque. See right their, the cops should have been called becuz that's fraud and everyone knows this! If your still interested in putting your complain thru, google: RECO and submit your complaints. The more action that is filled, the faster he's caught and jailed.
