will not release my money/rebate

I purchase a years supply of Algan Dailies contact lenses every year and request the rebate ( amount has varied from $70- $200). Every year they take 7-8 weeks for a simple process of reviewing my submitted eye exam document, purchase invoice, and rebate form.

They are just holding onto the money as long as possible. I spent $700 on their contact with the promise of a $200 rebate. There is no reason that Alcon cannot send it immediately.

I WILL BE BUYING A DIFFERENT BRAND OF CONTACT NEXT TIME!
