All Valley Landscaping did an excellent job with our front yard project. We had a plan in mind and used their web site to schedule a quote. They came out and worked up a detailed and reasonable estimate and work began almost immediately, on our approval. The crew transformed our front yard within three days--including installation of a long paver driveway and sidewalk, removal of old trees and rocks, and adding new desert landscaping features. Their work was very professional, and they are the hardest working crew we've seen. We'd recommend them without hesitation.

Disrespectful business practice!

This company leaves fliers stapled to small baggies with pebble in driveways, very nice flier looks like small family business. I called and asked for a 1 time estimate for my small front yard, was asked if I could be home between 1 & 3 the next day I said I would make sure to be here! I cancelled 3 appts for that day. I waited till 3:30, no-one showed up or even called, so I called, was told they had wrong # gave them info, was told they would get right back to me in a few minutes. Still waiting! That was 07/19/12 today is 07/24/12 I think they drove by & decided it wasn't worth their time(small yard) I did send e-mail and told them they could have called me so I could contact another service, no response! Also asked why they put fliers in yards they have no interest in doing! Their ad says no job too big or too small, the small job is just as important as $44,000.00 jobs. They wasted a whole day for me! Says to me my time isn't important to them! Just a phone call & I could have reset my appts." I" Had Called & Cancelled! Very disrespectful Business practice! Do Not Call This Company!

I got a flyer from this company at my home and was in need of some tree trimming and repair of my front yard irrigation system, so I called for an estimate. They came out right away and provided a reasonable price, so I booked the work. I preferred to pay with credit card because it was a large purchase and I wanted to accrue the airline miles. The trees looked great, however after they left, my front sprinklers still weren't working and when turning the water on manually, several sprinklers were had major leaks (that we thought were going to be repaired as part of the service). This is where it all breaks down. The owner of the company ended up screaming at my husband and insulting us for "having to use a credit card" for payment. He told us how he makes $200k per year and how we must have a "cash flow problem" because we didn't pay him in check. I was completely appalled at his reaction to the incomplete job. He came to our house on a Saturday morning and was literally screaming the "F" word in our front yard in earshot of our children. He called my husband "boy" and continued to personally insult our family at every opportunity. In the end, he did have the work completed to our satisfaction, but I would steer clear of this business unless you like dealing with emotionally unstable and pompous people.
