Refund
with all honestly i disagree about what this person and his experience.
i been dealing with all week plumbing for the past 6 years for my building that i own in jersey city, hoboken and hackensack.
they been servicing all my plumbing, heating and air conditioning issues that i have over my properties, and to say the truth i haven't been Happy with any plumbing company as much as i am with all week plumbing, their prices is a little more than other companies but for the service you getting it is for sure worth it. as they say you: you get what you pay for.
with all respect i disagree with your experience and i am pretty sure there is something behind your story.
i am talking about a 6 years of experience and i will still use these guys.

DOES NOT COVER WARRANTY ISSUES
i been using this company for several years for most of my properties that i own, they always came out to help me with issue that i had with my tenants even at 2am, there job was done right from the first time, so with all honestly i disagree with previous posts.
i will highly recommend to anyone

With all honest truth this is a great company
I will always refer All Week Plumbing to all my friends and family as well I will keep using them for my repairs, then been more than fair and honest with every call I put to this company.

Beware
All Week was contacted because of a plumbing problem in my home. They arrived and gave me a price of $525.00. I had a 10% coupon off any service coupon and I told the person I called and she said just show it to the technician and it will be removed. Once they researched the problem they stated I needed to have the sewer line Jetted and snaked and it was now going to cost $2,700.00 and the work would be done by a company they work with. Once that company Able Tex arrived they said I needed to call the DEP Sewer Dept because the problem was outside because they opened the sewer cap and looked. I called DEP and they came within 15 minutes but All Week and the other company said they had to leave and would return once DEP unclogged outside. Then they would return and flush and Jet the main drain in my home. When DEP unclogged the sewer system outdoors all the water in my home immediately went down. DEP left then All Week returned and said they were going to do the service. I asked if it was necessary being the water all went down and they stated yes because the pipes need to be jetted all the way to the sewer outside. When I first asked how long the service would take they stated about an hour. When they came in they jetted and left in less than 20 minutes and left. DEP came back to make sure everything was fine and when I told them that I was charged $2,700.00 I was told it was not necessary to flush and jet the lines if the water went down after they unclogged the sewer system outdoors. They said I could have just ran the faucets in my house to flush the pipes out. All Week could of and should of told me the same thing. They should have charged me for a service call and left buty instead they were dishonest and took advantage of the situation. They also never took the 10% off because they said the price they gave me was already discounted. They are a very dishonest shady unprofessional business to say the least.
