Booked a round trip to Greenville, SC thru Justfly, paid extra for seat selection. A day before our flight, I checked with the airline to verify our seat position, and found out that we had no seats reserved. Since the flight was almost full, I had to pay a fee for the remaining seats, a cost of $192.00 for two passengers. I called Jusyfly and told them that they screwed up on the seats, they told me no guarantee on seats, they charged me a fee for the seat reservations. They lied about the seats they have no power to reserve any seats with AA. These people are con artists and liars. Do yourself a favor, never use these people.
