Nax Capital - Timeshare transfer/sale
Hi Dreaming,
I was approached by Nax Capital as well and been informed about the cheque issuance on the spot once agreeable by both sides.
I have not turned-up for the second appt after the first appt of evaluation.
Did you manage to receive the cheque as you mentioned on Jun 4th and bank-in successfully to recover your investment?

I am surprised that ACRA and CAD and CASE have not done more to go after such companies that have deliberately scammed unsuspecting people of their hard-earned money. Landlords should also be wary of renting out their office space to such companies. Very sad to hear that so many people have been cheated by these criminals and the government does not seem to be helping.

Call from Allianz Capital
Hi All Victims,
Just received a call from Allianz Capital claiming that they received court order to have all payment
return back to their victims and claimed that this need to be closed within 3months.....location yet to
be text to me but claimed to be in Orchard area. Did anyone also receive such call ??
