cancelation of premature contract
0748984298 needs 2 have been cancelled on 9 march 2012. I got an cancelation form email it with the settlement amount and march bill.
I emailed everything; including the deposit slip of R1214. Settlement amount was R800 for the 8 monnths left of the contract and R408 +- for the March bill amount. Total being R1214. I hav another contract with autopage that number is 0797506505 on the same account that I want to keep. I was billed end of March via debit order of the R408+- that I payed in on the 9 March I then went to my bank and reversed it . My lines was then suspended and I could not make any calls and my bis was off also. After many useless calls I found out that the ref no was wrong therefore it could not b linked to my acc. 2weeks later and the 074 8984298 number is stil active.
