Merchant abuse
The exact same thing happened to me today. I luckily caught it before I was out any money because I cancelled another order i had. But this is faud in the purest terms. I would like to see Amazon investigated. If a customer is refunded their money they should return the merchandise point blank!

That is a ridiculous suggestion heath2011. Videos and pics can be edited, tampered with, falsified, time stamp changed, you name it. A video would prove nothing.

They closed my account and no refund

Fraud and cheating!
I have recently experience someone opened an account under my property address and c/o to a person does not live in this property. At the begining, I thought it was just an error. However, in the past two weeks, packages just keep on coming from different carriers, such as Fed-Ex, UPS, Post Office and private carrier. Luckily, my husband was at home, was able to refuse those pacakges. I reported this THREE times to Amazon.com, spoke with different supervisors, repeated myself every time when I called. They said the investigation department will investigate and shut down the account. Well, it has not happened yet, this person still keeps on orderiing. When I asked for a name/administration department so I can complain, they refused to provide the information. It is very frustrated. Does anyone know who would be the best person or department to address this matter? Thank you.

I have the same issue...Amazon has a serious problem with their shipping department, since they do not adequately package items to ensure that they arrive undamaged. For example, they just throw DVD's in a box with very little if any packing material and ship them via regular US Mail. They are surprised when the DVD's arrive damaged. Also, they do not inspect items prior to shipping them and are surprised if an item occasional is not complete. That is what happens when a company has a shipping department where the employees make minimum wage and do not care about anything other than getting out as many packages as they can per hour, with no regard for the customers potential products. With this being the case, Amazon becomes surprised when customers have to return the items...This is not a good business sense and with cancelling accounts haphazardly like this, word is going to get around and people are going to stop using Amazon...

Don't buy services from the guy names Trey King and his emails are tking0688 and tking0602 at gmail!
His services are around 200$ and he doesn't have any information worth this much money. He just pretends to seem like he is very knowledgeable about stuff, but he is not. His knowledge comes from an e-book called 'Amazon Ghost' which is like 30$. He will skype you and text you the stuff, which is ridiculously slow, it would be easier if he just wrote all the stuff and copied and pasted.
Again, just save yourself from the trouble and buy Amazon Ghost e-book for 30$ instead of paying this guy 200$ (not negotiable even if you know 90% of his stuff).

Why I used Auction Essistance For Amazon Stealth Accounts
I was suspended by Amazon for unknown reasons. They never gave me any support or any information on why I was suspended. Tried countless times to appeal it but they denied every request. Now they told me it is a permanent suspension. Way to go Amazon, all that time you dragged me through the mud and now you tell me it is an indefinite suspension.
Wasted all that time when I could have got back to selling on Amazon with the help of Auction Essistance.
